Save Money on Food

My saving tips are ...

- buy groceries on a monthly basis so that I don't spend too much.

- For fruits and vegetables: I usually buy frozen or gut them up and freeze them (collar greens, green beans broccoli, peaches, strawberries).

- I also plan my recipes ahead of time with a little flexibility to guide me.
